If you want a cottage for 4 and both The Stables and The Piggery are booked then please contact us and we may be able to arrange for you have The Wheel or Mill House for the same price!! (not in school holidays).  TOWEL HIRE is available at £4 per person (1 bath sheet and 1 hand towel). This must be booked in advance to ensure availability. You may pay on arrival or with your final balance.

Special Offer   Out of Season Short Breaks Available: 3 Nights at 60% of normal weekly tarriff. 4 Nights at 75% of normal weekly tarriff.

1)These prices are all inclusive:- no booking fee, no heating supplements, no linen charge, no meters, no insurance premium required.

2) Payment: a non-returnable deposit of 20% is required on confirmation of booking, The balance to be settled 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.

3) In the interest of all our guests we have a no smoking policy in all the cottages. We will accept one well behaved pet in the Stables and Wheel house only. The charge is £20 per week.

4)The cottages are available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and shall be vacated by 10.00am on the date of departure. However we cannot accept liability should the cottage become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.
